Good on you, but that one will be short lived as a testing device since Apple will drop the support for that next. However it should suffice your needs for the next few months for sure.
If you are in a larger city (metro) try to coax a few friends to test for you on their shiny devices (you have 99 developer licenses now on the Apple developer portal). There are specials on Macs at Next Byte, Dick Smith or JbHiFi and if you get one of those interest free purchases, you can keep paying these off for a while. I guess even HN offers that.
Ive only put off buying a new Mac Mini as im still paying $847 per fortnight in child support, but that finishes in February 2014 . Then im free to spend up big time on shiny new stuff. Which i find funny, as the MIni's are about $900 for a 1Tb, Which is only one child support payment.
@OZApps, yes im sort of lucky thats only 1 of my 2 daughters im still paying for lol.
Thanks for the info. Ive had a look at Next Byte in the CBD. So i still may do a payment option, then just pay it out in February when my youngest turns 18 lol
@artleeapps, and if you get it under her name ( I believe she is a student) you could get a further 10-15% discount (actually equates to about $20 which you can ask Next Byte to match and throw in some accessories as well)
I just bought myself an IPhone 4s. and in 2 weeks, ill get my Apple Mini 1TB, then a Gideros licence... Child support is now finished so im spending up \m/

The reason for asking is there are many specials in Melbourne for devices, than there are up here.
