Nowadays, for a mobile game to be successful, it has to be published by major publishers.
Single developer does not have enough advertising budget and other promotion opportunities (cross-promo,etc.).
I was going to pitch my game to publishers when it'll be ready, but there're two SDKs that are required:
Imo it would be great for Gideros to support these sdks.
- Facebook SDK (always mandatory)
- Gameanalytics SDK (always mandatory)
- Appsflyer (not always, but very often mandatory too)
Otherwise, there's no way to work with any publisher, and no way to perform user acquisition by ourselves (even if we had our own advertising budget, it'll be wasted in no time without decent analytics, especially facebook).
