So I got pretty much bored, need to start a conversation or such

I was wondering in the few past hours, How complicated would it be to create a farm type game with Gideros? Like you have to harvest apples or beans

It would depend on the complexity you add, but basically you just have to keep track of time passing by, it shouldn't be so hard.

If you're looking to make your first game, it might be better to start with something simple. A time and resource management game is quite complex in terms of balancing and pacing.

Completing a game is the hardest part, so I'd go for something less complex and then work your way up.

You can start by drawing different apple trees and apples for them. Then you need to add properties for trees like a tree cost, grow time, apples per tree, apple cost etc. Implement money counter and menu to buy different apple trees. Add an ability to place trees you bought on the field with mouse/touch. Make them grow by changing their textures on timer. And sell apples if they are mellow;)
