Do you mean in player on PC?
If I understood what you mean,
Well it turns your application logic, but it doesn't turn simulator. Think of it as mobile device, you can force application orientation, but you can't force the way the mobile phone is turned, the way user holds it.
Hopefully it is what you've meant.
