Mike, no changes still for version 1. For version 2, I am evaluating the number of users considering to have Kwik, to take a decision if it is worthy or not to spend time with. Also, Gideros is still far from Corona in several features that Kwik uses. Add to that several external (third part) libraries that I use and will need to be re-written. I really need to understand if the time and money I will need to spend will be returned.
@mykyl, I guess Alex is trying to suggest that anything that is not currently available is a cost either in his time or for a developer to be contracted to do the same, All of that and more can be added using plug-ins but at what cost and ROI.
Yes, Jay is right. Of course I can learn (although it will take time) Gideros implementation of Lua but, the 2 main issues are: a) features not available in Gideros but already available in Kwik (IAP, for example) and b) external libraries used that would need to be re-written.
At this moment I am really interested in to understand how many designers/developers are using Photoshop with Gideros and would be interested in using Kwik. This will be considering in the priorities and investments for Kwik 2.
I use photoshop and have in the past trialed Kwik but at the time was busy getting my main game out. If I ahd still been with Corona I would have Kwik immediately.

I am using Gimp and Inkscape. Photoshop is way to expensive.
See your point Mike Seriously, Kwik is for designers, not developers (who will never spend money in Photoshop), that's why I think this is an interesting market to work on.
Atilim, do you have any study or direction for Gideros relating to designers and creative agencies?

Also good point
Currently our main focus is Gideros itself. But giving support to 3rd party applications (e.g. by giving a functional command line interface) is also very important for us. (and we're still working on it)

nice to see you here. 1 or 2 weeks ago you have mentioned to someone on twitter that kwiksher won't be supporting Gideros. Why the change?
Best
Michael
