Ok I was just looking around at why some plugins (and even Gideros Player itself) appear to stop working on Android versions ICS or newer. I then stumbled across this article
which tells us that the way it handles memory allocation and garbage collection has changed.
This is only a problem if you use JNI with global pointers which I'm not sure Gideros does but it could answer some questions. It may be the answer to problems found here
. I will look into it when I get the chance but not sure when that will be.
