A very simple camera needed

I've looked through different camera implementation examples and didn't understand them at all ( They use box2d and all that physics stuff is hard for me to understand... Maybe there is a simpler way of doing this? I need a very very simple camera for a "falling down game" that will only follow the main character down.

i'm currently building one too. i guess i'll released it when we have finished our game. I dont know if it will fit other game though, but it designed to be as general as possible

currently it has zoom, flick, and automatic basic movement

A camera that can move & zoom would be wonderful. To me, the lack of a movable camera is the single biggest drawback of Gideros.
