whereis the tempates for the expored project

I found the projects for both xcode and eclipse in Gideros\Templates on windows, but on mac ,I can not find this directory.

It is in Gideros Studio.app content. To access it go to Application/Gideros Studio.app and then right click > Show Package Content, then go to Contents/Templates, voila!

By the way, can the file in the Gideros Studio.app modified freely?

The .app file in MacOSX is essentialy a folder. I think it could be edited freely, however i suggest to just copy required template and leave the .app alone

You can make any modification on templates but they'll be overwritten with the next installation.

Will the templates be changed for each release?
Maybe it will changed a lot in next version since as you said the xcode project will move to xcode4.

I want to define my own templates just for avoiding many duplicated work.

With this release, I've recreated iOS templates with Xcode4 from scratch: dropped independent iPhone and iPad templates, make it one Universal template, changed all .mm files to .m, etc.

But from now on, I don't think there won't be any big changes with the upcoming releases.

Yes. But most probably you already know, still mounting .dmg file and drag-dropping Gideros Studio folder to Applications folder will delete and replace all files (including templates).

I modified the iOS Template.xcodeproj and save it , then export an example project, the Scheme of the project become to Bird Animation > My Mac 64-bit.
What I modified to the template is just add ////////////// in the - (void)viewDidLoad method.

And the name of the exported project showed as iOS Template in the project Navigator in Xcode, not Bird Animation.

By the way, in mac OS.

Any tiny modification to the Xcode template will make the exported project not work any more.
I try it both on windows and mac.

Can you send me your exported project? (atilim@gid....mobile.com) (without libgideros.a and without assets directory)

Because I've done a small test as you've done and at least in my machine exported project opens without a problem.

You can solve the problem by deleting project.xcworkspace and xcuserdata directories found in Project Name.xcodeproj directory (also delete these in templates directory). Because Xcode incorrectly caches previous project settings in these directories.
