Why isn't an event fired on in app purchase (IAP)?

Hi @all,
I'm currently adding IAP to my app. Buying a non-consumable item works so far. But I just stumbled upon a problem. When the user tries to buy such an item more than once, the App Store states, that the item has already been bought and will be restored for free. So far, so good. Problem: After closing the App Store Dialog no event gets fired. How can the app know, what happened?
