That is, can I make my standard game classes as plugins?

Yes, you can test them as userplugins then possibly submit them using github to include in the distribution.

Try make the name of the plugin so that others may add something similar if they like - eg don't call it UI, but instead give it a name like razorUI ...

I think the names of the variables and functions in the plugin should also be unique.

For example I create my own button plugin so that there are no conflicts with another class of buttons I think you should add the initials of the class author to each name.

But if you make all your variables local to the class then that should be ok.

I have just one concern using this path: the code won't be accessible for modifications.

Unless this is a very solid lua plugin we should make it a "simple" class for others to easily adapt, modify to their needs.

Yes, the plugins should be well established before committing them. Btw, if there is an update then you can add it to user plugins and it will override the main plugin.

About that, since 2019.10 I added a Library folder in Gideros installation where I put my 3D support lib. Since those are plain lau files, you either add them to your projects by copying or link them directly from Gideros installation (in which case they may not be modifiable).
It could be an alternative way to include useful lua libraries in Gideros while not packaging them as plugins

And how are files from the library added to the project? For example, I need to add one file from the library and the other does not.

The same way as you would do with any file on your computer

I'm not going to publish my plugins, i will only do them for myself. And lua plugins will be easy to modify. The advantage of the plugin over the class is that the plugin will be included in the test player.

For example, I can completely create a game and put it as a plugin, and give game designers and artists access to the level map and graphics, and not to allow the logic of the elements.

And based on the plugin, game designers can make one-of-a-kind games by changing only graphics and level maps and game economics

For example, I create a plugin for every genre of game - platformer, runner, shooter, etc.

Then i don't see the point in the library folder.
I already have a similar folder from which I copy files to a project

@oleg, the point is to distribute them with gideros. Nothing more.
