  Also I've noticed that Admob has sort of basic analytics.
  I've never tried it, does it work with Gideros' ads plugin?

  You could make your own by loading a url with parameters to a server you own?
  
  Or for Android/iOS use firebase <- well worth the tiny cost from @hgy29 .
