  @oleg what I understand is:
  Google Play Developer API:
  - lets you manage in-app purchases and subscriptions
  - lets you upload and publish apps, and perform other publishing-related tasks
  Google Play Services:
  - admob
  
  So I think that we are safe here!

  I have 2plugins ( gaming + ads) in my app and Google writes to me in the console that these plugins use the outdated GooglePlay Developer API, and the admob plugin will stop working after December 1st ...

  I have admob ads with plugins gaming and ads in my apps too.
  I also have a message from google in the Google Play Console but nothing is telling me that ads won't work after december, 1st. It just tells me that Google Play Services are not setup properly (I don't use leaderboard so I didn't set up the Gaming plugin).

  The fact that the services are not configured correctly - Google warns for a long time, and this is a brand new announcement where Google says that since December 1st plugins will stop working

  Same here - I don't see the message at all. Maybe it's to do with Ads - I don't use admob.

  I checked my other apps with admob ads - there is no such message

  Mine is there with the latest Gideros, google 16.0.0, api 29, tv flags all set, aab, etc...
  
  No message.
  
  Maybe it's either a bug on googles part or they are rolling out the message depending on where you live?

  I do not know how to google play in english, the language is set at the account level of google ..

  Ahh, I think that's to do with the google play developer api. The api used to automate tasks in the google play console remotely. Maybe you added this by accident to that game?

  Seems like google play developer API is related to iap and licensing. Are you using any plugin related to these ?
  Otherwise, can you chedk in your google api dashboard if there is something unusual ? https://console.developers.google.com/apis/dashboard

  I'm getting messages about "achievements" not being correctly implemented. I'll just wait and see what happens. If it becomes a problem I'll remove all google play junk from my games.

  This is because you did not enter 'aplication id' into the gaming plugin
