MOUSE_MOVE event always triggered on iPhone 7 plus

very simple code
stage:addEventListener(Event.MOUSE_DOWN, function(event) print('mouse down') end)
stage:addEventListener(Event.MOUSE_MOVE, function(event) print('mouse move') end)
stage:addEventListener(Event.MOUSE_UP, function(event) print('mouse up') end)
I just tap the screen on 7 plus, it output
mouse down
mouse move
mouse move
mouse move
mouse up
mouse down

When I tap the screen on iPhone 5s, it output
mouse down
mouse up
mouse down
mouse up
I really never moved my finger on both devices.
