Yes, people, I'm localising. Is there a way to do this?

@totebo We have used the noto font as it supports many character sets. There are multiple versions of this font that support Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Thai and European languages etc.

We only include characters that are used in each translation, so this keeps the size nice and small.

If the language is not supported then we fall back to English.

@totebo To add to that, we gave up on right to left languages like Hindi and Arabic because gideros was struggling with those. Chinese, Japanese, Thai and Korean were fine. They have a lot of characters though, so as simwhi said, it's best to work out exactly what you need before you build a sprite font. Noto-regular covers most eastern european, scandanavian and Vietnamese characters.
