I'm a professional CG Artist and I can perhaps help you.
I don't know much about Gideros, but I know much about Blender, 3D, Gimp, Krita and all these wonderfull tools.
What do you need exactly? Considering your reference, I suppose all images will be still ones, but will it be only road environments like this one?
How many images do you need? What is your deadline ?
And how much will you consider to pay for this job?
