Get integer value from a variable

Sorry for the noob question, but how can I get the integer value from a variable? For example:
The result throws 2.0644333333333. So how do I remove the floating part so the result would be 2?
local division = 123.866/60 |
Where could Bacon Chancho be? http://baconchanchotravels.com/travel-pictures/

1. How do I get an exact amount of decimal values? If I want 3 digits, how can I get 1.064 as the result?
2. How do I get only the decimal part? (0644333333333)
