How can i get body angle in degrees?

How can i get body angle in degrees, like 180, 90 or 1 (so 0-360)?
When i do body:getAngle() it gives 0 but after I body:setAngle(body:getAngle() + math.pi/45), body:getAngle gives me something like 0.069813169538975 or 0.47236782312393, i think there's no way to turn these numbers to degrees.
I need to do :
if bodyAngleInDegrees < 10 then
print("succeed")
end

to get to degrees, simply use math.deg method
