  @Mells, the app iShowU allowed for creating videos that capture the screen and the presenter using the webcam, This could be an option for what you suggested, where the video is capturing the screen using reflector/AirServer and overlaying that with the person's face while playing it. I will try it out and post the results, I am worried about the framerate of the screencapture (unless I get an SSD)

  It's true iShowU can do that. I use ScreenFlow for the same feature, but what I like in @phongtt 's setup is that it's more portable (doesn't need a laptop if you need to make tests on the go, where your customers are = I do tests "out of the building").
  Actually I have done tests for myself with the laptop and that worked very well (AirServer + Screenflow + user's webcam, framerate was ok) but was looking for a more portable alternative so that I could do it without the laptop.
  
  

  The best solution

  A webcam that can be used through wifi would be a great solution.
  Leave the laptop in your bag (prevent from sleeping mode), point a camera in the user's direction and send both streams (ipad + camera) to the laptop wirelessly.
  * Card + any kind of digital Camera : I don't think an Eye-fi Sd Card or the Toshiba Flashair can do that yet (video)
  
  * Device : do those wifi webcams work well?

  If this is not an option

  But in guess in general there are no magic formulas :

  • Laptop = powerful but less mobile
  • Two Cameras = very portable but necessitates a lot of work to encode and assemble the videos

  @Mells, sounds good, yes we need something app on the iPad that could use both the cameras and record something that would look like Facetime (twin views, one of the front and one from the back)... Interesting, if Apple would allow access to both.

  We wanted to mean instead of going to a party drinking beers, this is some parties where you enjoy seeing the explosion effects. So the phrase is not correct? :-??
