New Gideros Version
Hi, I have been waiting about 2 and a half months now for a new version of Gideros to buy a license. It is really disturbing to see Gideros not being updated for so long. I have read a lot of the threads regarding this and I know it is hard to give an estimate but it has become crucial information regarding me fully using Gideros or going back to the silly but welll maintained Corona. As a highschool student Corona has become rather expensive but it may be worth the cost if Gideros does not get updated. Please provide an estimate on the next version.

If I were you, I'd use the toolkit that does what you want as it stands right now. Can you complete your project with Gideros? If not can you do it with Corona? Choose the first one that you can answer yes to.

@Atilim, now that Gideros includes Android APK expansion files I guess you're loading the resources from expansion files directly from memory, could you please export a Lua function to do it?
