Just curious....Can we make game with Gideros like Clash Of Clan

Recently I'm crazy about Clash of Clan. It's a great game BTW.
I can't help thinking that can we make something like that? May be not so complicate, but I wonder what is the difficate part if I try to develop. Hope somebody known tell me about it, thanks.

I guess the rest can be done with Gideros.

Just isometric tilemap? How about replay the attack, it seem not an easy job.
