@ar2rsawseen I don't understand why the section for deployment is inactive still: http://www.giderosmobile.com/DevCenter/index.php/Main_Page FAQ section on the forum is looking poor also: a lot of things about third party's stuff and no single word about basic answer how to properly make export to Android or Apple device.. @Waulok it should be added automatically, when you properly export from Gideros and import project under Eclipse.
Okay. I downloaded the latest version of Gideros and Eclipse has all the libraries. It exports an APK file which I try to load onto my HTC Wildfire S but it says "Application not installed".
@fxone I was having health issues past few weeks, thats why the doc progress is so slow.
@WauloK can you attach your device to PC, enable debug mode on your device and try running the app from within the eclipse? Then it would be possible to check LogCat for any specific errors.
@ar2rsawseen I wish you a speedy recovery! @Waulok Under Eclipse's Android Device simulator is very, very low performance as you said and it's unfortunately normal
@WauloK if on Android's Gideros Player is very slow, it must be investigated in detail.. Code of your game template without gentle copyrighted stuff would help. I am not Apple's developer at all, so I have no comparing to this, but on my low-end Android's device with armv6 I can get ~59-60 FPS result without problem in any configuration: Gideros Player or exported apk for example at my new, not published yet platformer game based on tilesets. So such difference between platforms is strange and some cross-platform's developer from Gideros community (ca 95%) should take a look
On my iPhone 5 and iPad mini, it runs at the right FPS. I wonder if it won't run on old Androids.. Which would be annoying as it's not that taxing a game.
I tested that Mazeballs or whatever it is. Works fine no problems. Had another friend try to install the APK on his newer Android but got the same error.
Hello I'm trying to run my project on android device and it doesn't compile because of 'require bit' module if anyone knows this issue please help me I can't find anything anywhere
Either change the code to use the new bitwise operators (the code will run faster) or at the top of the project list of files you will see 'plugins', right click it and add the 'bit' plugin. The built-in players come with loads of plugins pre-installed - but if you export then you need to tick the ones you want as it will affect the game size.

one more thing: according to my project, you have some missed folders at list of import; look at my list:
it looks that you have missed AndroidDependecies and Referenced Libraries folders...
and have you imported in such way, look at:

Building and testing on the iPhone and iPad, however, were a dream and went quickly and easily compared to Android which is a pain.

All that I tested is HTC Desire and LG Optimus P500, both are really old, but on both Gideros apps usually run without any problem.
Had another friend try to install the APK on his newer Android but got the same error.
