WP8 - BizSpark giving away a free year!

  The BizSpark site also says that BizSpark members get a free 1 year Windows Store Developer account and/or (can't find out without signing up) a 12 month developer account to the Windows Phone Dev Centre. These are the last 2 images on the web panel.
  
  The only problem I see here is that the free 12 months might expire before we see Gideros WP8 version. Moreso if this is a limited time offer.

  I think it is a time limited offer. But they have a habit of extending these things, I've had BizSpark since it started - they just keep extending it by another 3 years when it run out.
  
  If you join BizSpark and you are in the UK then it goes through a LOT faster if you have a HSBC business account.

  I think he knows how important it is to get on wp8 sooner rather than later...
  
  Maybe it will come after Gideros 2.0 preview (this month?)...

  @unlying it might take quite a while to get the bizspark account unless you go through the hsbc way (or another of the bizspark sponsers).
  
  To do it the hsbc way get a business account at the hsbc, say it is for software creation/publishing. then ask for online banking. After online banking is setup then login and log out, on logout you will get a link to the bizspark offer.

  No, i don't have any questions about banking. They reject my first application, because of mine outsource orders for Android. But i explain that i'll not use any bizspark licenses for outsourcing and they approve my application. So i have access to all Bizspark features now.

  Ahh, I see - you should see the voucher for the free year of app store in the section of the bizspark website that describes your benefits...
  
  Go to msdn subscriptions, click 'my account' and you should see benefits there. See "Windows Phone developer account".
