  1) only option is probably to use Bitmap font
  2) there is no "no transition effect". How can you replace one object with another, without them transitioning? Even if one disappears and other appears, it would still be a transition So what you want is probably a fade effect with very little transition time.

  @thanhquan1512: For your font with a border / stroke, do as @ar2rsawseen says and create a bitmap font. You can use Bitmap Font Generator which will also add your border / stroke if required.
