It would be good if there was a way for the emultor (win/osx) to create video demos. This could be added using something like kkapture (
http://code.google.com/p/kkapture/). We could then use the videos for upload to youtube and appstores.

On the Mac AirServer and Refelctions are also good since they can reflect the iOS device screens on the mac which can be recorded. There are a couple of free screen capture tools on the Mac App store too.
Unless you had something entirely different to say on this thread.

Might have no choice but to get hdmi capture and grab off a real device...

1. As @OZApps said you can use AirServer or Reflector (it's been renamed) to get your device mirrored on your desktop.
2. Then you can simply use Quicktime Player to record what's on screen.
It's as simple as : File > New screen recording
Actually I've been surprised in the past to see that not so many people know about this feature in Quicktime.
Edit: Just noticed Reflector is available to send to Windows... Thanks.

Works quite well and allows you to just grab a section of the screen if you want to, so you can just get the output of Gideros player.
Oh, and it's free!
