  Have just finished dinner (kiremit tavuk) and now having a nice cold efes. Tomorrow we are probably going to Olu Deniz for some snorkeling.

  Woowww I love Ölü deniz (which means dead sea Wish I was there:)
  
  Some suggestions: İskender with yogurt. Drink Ayran.
  Pide with Pastırma. (Pizza like but with sausage (like bacon but different))
  Mantı (like dumplings)
  Tavuk göğsü (chicken breast but actually it is a desert:)

  We drink ayfan regularly. My wife had pide for dinner. I. Will try Manti when I see it on the menu. Chicken breast as a desert sounds intriguing.
  
  We try to get to Olu Deniz every time we come to Turkiye. I always wanted to scuba dive in the area but had my stroke before I managed it. But still, the snorkeling is just as good.
  
  Anyway, early night for me, much to do tomorrow. So I will say iyi geceler (good night) to you all.
