I'd like to create controller for shooter game

Hi everybody,
I trying to develop a game like Galaga on Gideros. I made a lot of stuff. enemy player shoot, sound ecc.. But I don't know how to implement a smart controller. The Player need to play with only one hand. By Google I saw a game like Arkanoid, where a player move directly with only one finger. Where I cane found a Snippet code? Or, somebody knows, Where I can find some kind of progect on GitHub?
