I'll be showing my RetroStar game at the Play Expo in Manchester this weekend. I'll also have some Gideros leaflets, etc for people to take or ask questions about.

If anyone is going or knows someone who is going then it would be great if you would visit the stand - it's in the Indie Zone.

Hello! I visited the Indie Zone at Play Expo today. Great meeting you! I have just downloaded Gideros, and it is installing, as we speak. Really looking forward to seeing if this is a suitable replacement for Unity. Also had a little test of RetroStar, and from what little I have seen, I am very impressed.

I think you will find that Gideros is a really easy to get used to.

Be sure to look in the forum for the threads on the enhancements we have made to the Lua language. EG for bit manipulation, conversion from Rad to Dec and back, macros/equates and 64 bit integer divide.

Yes, they need to be documented properly somehow. I'm not sure how they would fit into the api documentation system. I think they may need their own 'tab' on the help.

I forgot the functions for bigger and smaller too - these are nice for quick absolute, etc rather than math.abs( and nice cutting of if thens from assigns.
