1. register on giderosmobile.com (top right of the page)
2. login
3. click on top right on your name and click on 'manage apps'
4. register a new app

or if you meant the 'featured apps', i guess it's probably curated by @ar2rsawseen and a random permutator.

I followed previous steps showed by @keszegh but my app Mars Tap doesn't appear in Gideros App Showcase.
