I tested the app and checked the dashboard settings. Everything seems to be in order. I was able to see 6 interstitials before running out and clicking on them properly redirected me to the amazon store.
The performance issue is most likely related to the lower number of players on Amazon devices. Currently your app shows 19 installs for the game on our dashboard.
