@Platypus, you might want to pitch in here,

Bear -> bore (common mistake = beared)
Buy -> bought (common mistake = brought or buyed)
Bring -> brought (common mistake = bringed)
Catch -> caught (common mistake = catched)
Drink -> drank (common mistake = drinked or drought) though draught would have something to do with drinking ;)
Eat -> ate (common mistake = eated or eaten [which is not the past but past participle])
Feed -> fed (common mistake = feeded)
Go -> went
Hold -> held (common mistake = holded)
Lose -> lost (common mistake = loosed)
Leave -> left (common mistake = leafed or leaved)
Meet -> met (common mistake = meeted)
Read -> read (common mistake = readed or reeded) while read and read are spelled the same one is sounded as "reed" the other "red"
Sing -> sang (common mistake = singed)
Try -> tried (common mistake = tryed)
Wake -> woke (common mistake = waked)

And the most common (non past tense verb conjugation) is
You -> your (meaning something that belongs to you)
You are -> you're (meaning something about you not something that belongs to you)
This is used so often and incorrectly even by native English speakers that it isn't funny.

Like in other languages even English has irregular verbs and they are sometimes used incorrectly, hope this shall help understand and avoid these mistakes.
