Case insensitive search doesn't work in IDE for cyrilic.

It works for latin letters, but doesn't for cyrilic.

For example, if you havefile with:
Lol
lol

you will find both with search "LOL"

but if you have file with:
Лол
ЛОЛ

you will not find anything with search "лол"

@unlying, I guess L and l are upper and lower case characters of the same letter and in the ascii table they are separated by bit 5 i.e 32. When developing with Z80 (spectrum) the way to upper case or lower case a string was to toggle bit 5. However with unicode this might not be possible.

Plus the IDE is SciteEditor and not sure if Scite Editor has the facility to manage that. Because when you get to Unicode, there might not be a Latin L and for all you know there might not be upper and lower case at all.
