To summarise PayPal's mode of operation, it seems that they ACCEPT money at the drop of a hat, but don't PASS IT ON to its rightful owner very willingly (Who knows what they do with it in the meantime? Investment?). If we, the merchants, want to avoid extremely high levels of stress and anguish, we should avoid PayPal.
I waited a decade for an alternative. Finally Google Wallet appeared, but it was not available worldwide. Is it yet? - I stopped checking a while ago and decided not to sell tangible goods at all. That's why I'm here. I've decided to sell everything I make from now on through the iTunes shop and Google Play (or whatever it's called at the moment). I trust Apple, and (to a slightly lesser extent) Google, with my money. I am confident that both Apple and Google will reliably pay me my earnings (...someday, when I finally publish an app!). On the other hand, I will never trust PayPal.

@Platypus I never heard any bad comments or review about paypal in any other blog or any magazine. I myself using paypal more than 2 years to accept payments and sent payments and never had problems also. (Not so much high amounts but not less also )
Other side google once blocked my admob and adsense account for not clarifying any reason to me and couldn't take my earnings. How many time i wrote to google support forums and try to reach them, at least to learn why my account is blocked. I also read google policies in order to understand what i done wrong vs vs... And no success the only answer is according to our guidelines bla bla bla ....
If you will make a little search in internet you will see lots of user have those problems with google.
For apple i totally share your thoughts hence Apple is in the business far more than Google and have much more stabile and concrete guidelines.
@talis, one problem with Paypal is that apart from the transaction fee that they charge, they retain an older/lesser exchange rate, which provides them with an additional income. Though that might be a cents or so to a dollar, but when you add all of the transactions and amounts to larger amounts, it adds up substantially.
Banks are even worse, where they charge at the sender's bank, then at the receivers bank and then the BAD exchange rate. Have seen that when Apple sends money or from the publisher's.

also from my understanding google doesn't allows third party payment unless we are selling any real item

I guess with Paypal payments, you can get money early than Apple or Google play.
