gdrbridge not Working in Windows 8 (Qt: Untested Windows version 6.2 detected!)

Hello Gideros Team,
It seems the gdrbridge executable is not working in windows 8. Calling it from the command prompt gives:
"Qt: Untested Windows version 6.2 detected!"
This is the exact same bug reported by one of our users in this thread:

Is it possible to get a fix soon or can we get documentation on how to use gdrdeamon directly? Also, as a side note it would be nice to get progress indications as seen in the Gideros player so we can make better UI progress elements.

Thanks for looking into it! Our situation varies because the deamon does not start at all.

Have you figured out how to solve the issue yet? Or is it a Gideros sided problem?
