That really is a killer article. Very in depth and helpful. Who would have thought that the buying public would disregard an app just because it has an ugly icon?

I agree with the bad reviews thing but an ugly (or rather not very imaginative/pretty) icon could lose you (going by the article) over 40% of your sales. :-/
