Does Gideros allow you to send emails and SMS messages. Also is there some way of doing http web posts of web service calls.

Application:openUrl you can provide protocol like http:, https:, tel:, or mailto:, which will accordingly open website, call or opena email dialog

Another option if you needed to actually send the email internally, you could use the socket library to talk with a SMTP server that way. Just another option.
