Installer didn't added Documentation folder

  See https://wiki.giderosmobile.com for all help, the install file will need to be modded not to show those shortcuts.

  This post is just a heads up due installer put shortcuts that don't work.

  @MoKaLux Using internet shortcuts is fine but when you are not connected to the internet it is broken. It is a shame that Gideros no longer provides any offline documentation.

  @antix I agree, next step would be to build pdf docs.
  Someone could make a pdf of http://docs.giderosmobile.com + somehow make the main API into a pdf.
  Then put those in gideros studio?

  Let’s be honest, you need to google around every time when you code, for a lot of reasons: finding assets, a math function, a look in a forum, etc. Even if you have a reference manual, you can’t do much without internet access.

  That is not entirely true. Mostly I can spend a day coding without using the internet, but if I don't have documentation for the API and no internet.. then I can't do anything.

  In mediawiki there are some modules to export to pdf:
  https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/PDF_export
  Alternatively I have downloaded gideros wiki with winhttrack to access it offline. Offline gideros API wiki is 60mb, the whole wiki around 300mb.
  There are many solutions. For now let's do it the easy way: using their respective internet shortcuts.

  In a professional product, users should not be expected to go to some website and perform some arcane exporting exercise to get offline documentation... something that all engines and frameworks should supply by default.

  @antix you misunderstood me I mean someone who is willing to help could do it and propose to include it in gideros. Or even better build an offline doc and put it in the wiki or gideros main site for people to download.

  Most professional packages now have moved their documentation to the Internet and don't have a pdf version. That said, if someone wants to make a pdf version then I'm sure nobody would object to it being in the downloads area.

  We can try to satisfy everybody? If it's possible to add offline docs then we will. PDF would be great. I have the whole wiki website in a folder, it can easily be zipped and put somewhere (gideros official website or a link in the wiki). I will try to make a zip and upload it somewhere in the next few days.

  i guess if there is a pdf online that's a relatively good compromise, you anyway need internet to download gideros so probably you still have internet 5 minutes later when you realize you need an offline reference.

  Hopefully it's not to hard to install and configure and produces nice pdf?
