General questions
Question is in the title. I'm reluctant to use GTween to tween kinetic bodies, but it seems MovieClip is restricted to Sprites. I seem to remember it was made generic in an update, but maybe memory is not serving.

It was made a generic in a way that it calls set function of the Sprite you passed and passes property name to tween and new value of the property
So you could overwrite set function to change position of both sprite and body (thats basically what Box2dEasy from GiderosCodingEasy is doing)
