Hi, I've bought a new Android tablet (Asus Memo Pad ME173X-A1-GN), and I've reset it. When I run the Gideros player on it and run "Jumping Ball", the ball stutters a lot.
I've also installed some games to check how they do, they have no stuttering. How could this come?
application:getFps() returns 60, setFps(60) and setFps(30) didn't help. Are there more functions to try?

Did the other games you tried to run are made with Gideros?
About the polling via wifi, I don't know whether it does, but It looks like having "v-sync turned off". I've tried Gideros last year with a Galaxy Tab, and there the player ran smooth iirc.

Thanks for your help
Well, I'm pretty sure on my Galaxy Tab this was much smoother, but anyway, I should just ignore it, I guess.
