Unable to open Gideros Player

We are facing problem with Gideros player.
We installed Gideros Studio and was working on it. It was working fine. Now we are unable to open the Gideros player.
when we open the player it starts the player but it is minimized and we are unable to maximize it. We tried uninstalling and installing the Studio but facing the same problem.
The problem started when we were running a example project 'UniversalProject' and was changing the resolution of the player to test the output. suddenly the player got minimized itself, after that we are unable to start the player.
We are using Windows 7 OS
