iPhone 4, iPhone 5, iPad and other resolutions

Hello everyone...
 
I'm here to get all the clear concept of different resolutions devices..
I downloaded the Box2d Camera move example and just was trying with different resolutions
 
When I run this sample project in 
 
1)     iPhone 4 (320 X 480); iPad 4 (768 X 1024); iPhone Retina (640 X 960); iPad Retina (1536 X 2048); 240 X 320; 
        680 X 800; 800 X 1280;
        There is white background screen above the Top wall and below the Bottom wall.
 
4)     iPhone 5 (320 X 568); iPhone 5 Retina (640 X 1136); 540 X 960; 480 X 854; 360 X 640; 600 X 1024, 768 X 1366;
        720 X 1280; 1080 X 1920
        There is white background screen before the Left wall and After the Right wall.
 
6)     480 X 800; 240 X 400; 
        There is not white background screen anywhere, the wall fits correctly to the device.
 
So we should start developing with which resolution so that it fits exactly to all the devices after using Letterbox scaling <a href="https://forum.giderosmobile.com/profile/1" rel="nofollow">@1</a>.5x and <a href="https://forum.giderosmobile.com/profile/2x" rel="nofollow">@2x</a> ?
 
After deploying i.e after creating .ipk whether it works properly on all the devices without any white background in it....?
