"App is not installed" when installing the apk on phone

Hello again, its me trying to install my apk but im having this issue...
when i begin to install the app, the progress bar starts running, and after a while, it just says "La aplicación no está instalada" (App is not installed or something like that).
dont know what is happening, can anyone help me here?
