  You can use BootStrap: http://twitter.github.io/bootstrap/
  It's the better way to do good resposive designs.

  Personally I'd look at the jquery mobile stuff.
  I did a couple of mobile websites using it and it was *very* easy - for me it was like programming rather than writing a website.

  Try Foundation by Zurb - http://foundation.zurb.com/ - I used it on my site at http://www.moopf.com/ and it was a breeze. I'm putting together another site at the moment using the latest version that they recently released and it's got lots of new bells and whistles.

  Keep the navigation simple
  Make it a thumb friendly
  Check the content
