How to Add Plugins to App?

Hi all!
I need some help adding a plugin to my app. I have coded my app and I want to add Date Pickers to my app using the WAX plugin by @bowerandy.
Here's what I want to know:
How do I add plugins to my prject?
Then also:
How do I take the app I've coded in Gideros and put it into Xcode with the plugin also, to allow me to add other native widgets also and also to see the project in the simulator?
