Stange problem with Android and Eclipse

When I try to build an Android player or game everything appears to work; all apart from the graphics. The player is just white (no text at the top) and the game just shows the background colour. Music and input appear to work, and no errors.
A clean export works, but I've configured the hell out of this game, and I'm using a lot of plugins, so it would take a long time to make a clean export and configure everything again.
Has anyone seen this before, or could guess what it is? I'm tearing my hair out!

Maybe you can try to diff -r the clean export with the non working one and see what differ...
