Compiling to 64 bit with XCode: What Am I Missing?

Hey,

I've followed and double checked the instructions on this page:

After many a build the game still doesn't install on iPad Mini Retina (which I believe is 64 bit). It runs fine on all 32 bit systems I've tries it on. On 64 bit it goes through the entire installation process, and then, just before the icon normally becomes available to press to start the game there is a "Unable to download app" message with a retry and done button. The retry button doesn't work.

I also tried to compile and install the Gideros player with the aame result. Next I'm planning to build a completely empty project, to remove the possibility of plugins and code messing things up. Before I do, though, does this seem familiar to anyone? It does seem likely that I've missed a pesky little flag in XCode.
