Should I update xcode?

Hi,this might sounds stupid to ask,
I have not updated my xcode for a while,( it has been six month)
is this the reason my app crashes on on iPad running iOS 7.0.3?
from apple:
"We found that your app crashed on iPad running iOS 7.0.3,.."
Or what OS version I have to have installed on my mac?

And did anyone else had problems submitting game to Apple with Gideros 2013.09 and 2013.09.1 releases?
I am using Xcode 4.6.2 and Gideros 2013.06.03 but I have checked it works on Simulator. No crash log has been provided.
I will update tomorrow to Xcode 5 and Gideros 2013.09.01, but I guess is some problem with GameCenter plugin.

May be it is something wrong with build settings...
It seems I forgot include gamekit.lua file with GameCenter functions.
