Good & affordable localization (translation) services?

Hi guys,
I'm thinking of localizing my games to other languages such as French, German, Russian, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, etc.
Do you know any service that can be good enough yet offers affordable price (aka "cheap"
)
(Oh, and Turkish also, but I guess @deniz would help :P)

What are you using it for? Is it suitable for games?
My requirement is pretty simple:
- Game's texts are stored in Excel file
- Each row represents a sentence
- Each column is for one language
- I need translators to fill in columns translations for the corresponding English rows

Still can't clearly understand the working model of Transifex yet.
Questions:
+ How do I get translators into my projects? Kind of "recruitment" or calling volunteers who are interested, or...? Then how can I make sure the translations will be guaranteed in terms of planning (time) and accuracy?
+ Besides the monthly cost of Transifex, will I have to pay translators for their work on my projects?
I can translate to/from => {'Turkish', 'English', 'German', 'Arabic'}

One thing to look out for is how important are the translations for you? In the case of a project for a client, the first translator (Chinese language) either did not understand the context or gave him machine translations (something like Google) His second iteration got him a native Chinese Speaker that translated it right for him. Second thing to note is that you need to get the context right to get the correct translations. In most cases it would be easy (as a game has simple text, You have won, you have lost, level complete, etc)
It is nice to see a couple of our community members that can help you get started. Looking for a one stop shop could lead to a lot of heartaches specially if you are not happy with the translations.
So again, look for what is really important to you and work on that one by one.

I just thought about a complete solution as long as it's really good, so that I won't have to search for additional translation everytime.
But I keep in mind your advice.

Your best bet is to go for freelance translators specialized in game localization. If you need French localization services by some who cares about his work and provides reasonable rates, feel free to shoot me an e-mail anytime.
